1. Anamudi, The Pride of The Kerala State
If one has the literal meaning of ‘Anamudi’, it means ‘elephant’s forehead’. The name is given because the peak is home to the largest residual Asian elephant population in Asia, along with the Nilgiri Tahrs and Guard. The mountain is famous for its elephant-like shape. Anamudi, the highest peak in the Western Ghats, is also the highest peak in the Indian subcontinent and is located in the Idukki district of Kerala.

3. Doddabetta in the Nilgiri Range
It is the highest peak in the Western Ghats. Doddabetta is the most elevated mountain in the Nilgiris at 2,637 meters. There is a protected forest area around the peak. The highest mountain in the Nilgiri range, Doddabetta, is a peak at an altitude of 8,652 feet in the Tamil Nadu district.

4. Kolaribetta Peak at Mukurthi National Park

5. Kadikkad Peak
Avalanche hill is another name of Kudikadu and is located at an altitude of 8497 feet, located in Mukurthi National Park. Kadikkad is a peephole with a height of 8497 feet. The Himalayan pinnacles are two mountain tops situated above Arwa in the northwestern piece of Badrinath in the Indian province of Uttarakhand.
The peaks are named after the experienced avalanche of early climbers who tried to cross the glacier. The first glacier is located in the north-south, mostly between Kalindi Bamak and the Arwa Bank. This is the main peak between the two.
