Make your Travel package more comfortable and you can pay us via various
payment mode Net- Banking / Credit Card / Debit card / Cheque and many more.
Please Pay as per schedule for your Holiday Packages.
We request you to please pay for your booking on time to avoid the cancellation
due to non-payment., Our team will also remind you about your payment for your
booking .
For
International Holiday packages: -
At
the time of booking please pay 50 % of the total amount of the package cost.
Please
pay remaining amount before 20 days prior from the departure date.
Visa-
For
Asian Countries will process generally before 20 days prior to the Departure.
For other destination visa will process as per standard time required , Our
team will collect mandatory document for visa process.
Our
Team will collect the Passport when it required for physical visa or You may
courier /visit us on our nearest partner office.
Cancellation
Policy:
In
case if you want to cancel your booking then please inform our team for the
cancellation. Cancellation charges will apply as per below.
Cancellation
for Travel insurance and refund is depend on respective partners.
Cancellation
before 30 days of departure - will refund 60 % of the package cost
or minimum cancellation fee whichever is higher.
Cancellation
before 20 days of Departure - will refund 50 % of the package cost or
minimum cancellation fee whichever is higher .
Cancellation within 10 days of Departure - No Refund.
Once
the Confirmation amount is paid your entire booking is 100 % Guaranteed with
mentioned Inclusions, in case of sold-out / unavailability at the time of
confirmation, we will update you as a goodwill gesture we may upgrade your
reservation from our side. Alternatively, you can also upgrade your reservation
if you wish to upgrade. If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the
arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes
to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we
reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise
you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any
circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons
beyond our control (e.g. bad weather), In-case of cancellation due to Natural
disaster or calamities we will try to refund you maximum we can or We shall
first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn`t already
commenced. In Case of refund will process the refund on your original payment
mode or in Credit note. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund
the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the
portion of the tour utilized by you. In all circumstances, however, our
liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour
fees. If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services,
if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen
departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes
but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be from the
person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne
by you. If you have a complaint If you face any problem during your holiday,
please inform our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things
right and resolve the issue smoothly.
