Arrival at Alleppey. On arrival embark on a Houseboat for an overnight cruise through the palm fringed lakes & lagoons. Staying in a houseboat on the backwaters probably would be one of the fondest memories of your trip. Watch the Paddy fields, village folk; relax on board hearing the lullaby of the wind & waves. This mysterious strip of emerald green land is stuffed with endless miles of placid backwaters that appends to its charm. Delight in the typical Kerala food made right there on the boat.

After breakfast, drive to Munnar, then we visit Eravikulam National Park. A sanctuary for the endangered ‘Nilgiri Tahrs’, the Park stands out for the stark beauty of its rolling grasslands and sholas, spread over 97 sq km in the Kannan devan hills. Our next stop is at the Tea Museum which houses curious photographs and machinery, each depicting a turning point that contributed to a flourishing tea industry as seen today in the region. The museum is a fitting tribute to the toils of its pioneers, who showed utmost determination and were resolute in their efforts to transform Munnar into a major plantation region..Overnight at your pre-booked hotel.

After breakfast, go for sightseeing at Munnar and rest of the day at leisure.
