On day 1 you will arrive at the Bagdogra airport and will be transferred to your hotel in Darjeeling. The distance between airport and Darjeeling is approximately 67 kms, which will take you almost 3 hours to cover. While traveling enjoy the lush green sceneries. After reaching Darjeeling check into your hotel, take your lunch and have some rest. Enjoy the evening by exploring the local shops. You can also visit the Glenary's and enjoy the beautiful scenery over a cup of coffee and some food. Come back to the hotel for a peaceful night sleep.

Wake up as early as possible if you don't want to miss the beautiful sunrise. You will begin your day by visiting the Tiger hill to witness a breathtaking view of Mt. Kangchenjungaat sunrise. After that you will come back to the hotel, have your breakfast and will again leave the hotel for sightseeing. You will visit the Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Peace Pagoda, etc. You can also go for a toy train ride. After spending a busy day, come back to hotel and have your dinner.

Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast and leave the hotel for your day excursion to Mirik. Wander amidst lush green tea garden, orange orchards, and cardamom plantations. Enjoy the calm and quiet nature. In the evening enjoy boating at Mirik Lake and you can also shop from the local stores after that. Travel back to Darjeeling which will take around 2 hours and have your dinner at the hotel.
